DELIVERY TIME
Some items that we offer are made at the time of ordering, please allow up to two weeks for delivery. Larger furniture items may take as long as 8 weeks depending on your requests. Items that are
drop-shipped do not incur any additional fees. Orders $1000.00 and up will not calculate shipping charges, after check out 8% will be added to your merchandise total. Some items may require a signature in person and insurance.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS and NON-DELIVERABLE ORDERS
If an order is returned as refused or undeliverable, shipping charges are non-refundable. In addition, a 30% restocking fee is incurred.

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed seven days a week. We ship Monday thru Friday, and not on any of the mentioned holidays. Please note, we may require additional information and indentification to process an order. Failure to provide the information requested will result in order cancellation.

TERMS OF SALE
Payment is required before shipment.
Payment is accepted in U.S. funds only.
All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

PAYMENT METHODS
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER and PAYPAL. We accept check and money orders which must be received within 10 days of placing an order. Allow 10 days for personal checks to clear before shipping. You may also fax your order using the printable order form.

SALES TAX
Pennsylvania sales tax rate is 6%.

RETURNED ORDERS
All returned merchandise must have a "Return Authorization" number clearly legible on the outside of the shipping container.

Shipping charges are not refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. A 30% restocking fee will be charged on non-defective merchandise. A fee of 50% will be charged on a special or custom non-defective order.

To qualify for a refund the product must be unused and free from wear. All returns must arrive at our facility with a TCG assigned "Return Authorization Number" and in their original product box, protected in an adequate shipping box and include a copy of the packing slip. Refunds are only issued once we receive the merchandise. We must receive the package within 30 days from purchase date. Packages that have exceeded the 30 day time period will be returned COD.

DAMAGE CLAIMS
Inspect merchandise upon arrival. Damage claims will not be honored if past 10 days of delivery. Claims are processed within 3 business days. We will not replace or refund more than once per invoice. Do not discard packaging or paperwork.

Items with a value of $25.00 or more require an e-mailed photo for immediate replacement. If you are unable to do so we will provide a shipping label for you, once merchandise is received we will ship a replacement. That process usually takes about 2 weeks. If items we received that required a signature in person and damage was not noted you assume the responsibility.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a product was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the incorrect price. If your credit card has already been charged we shall immediately issue credit.
