The board can be used to display soft cheeses, butter, or other small offerings, such as fruits, vegetables, or charcuterie. It features a handle and 9-inch surface area handcrafted from black cherry wood from the forests of Pennsylvania. The natural beauty of this wooden cheese board is enhanced with the use of three inviting tones: a natural tone, a warmer, toasted tone, and dark chocolate tone. The handle of the cutting board is ideal for serving and for storing on a hook, and the attractive, smooth finish and striped design also make it an elegant display piece for any kitchen or dining area.

Give your friend or loved one a little extra surprise in their gift basket that they can enjoy for years to come.
Caring for Your Cheese Board
As with any wooded kitchen item that is used for serving food, handwashing with a mild soap and water is recommended. You should not put your cheese board in the dishwasher, as this can destroy the finish and warp the board. To keep your cheese board looking new, you can periodically polish the board with a soft clean cloth and a food grade mineral oil or a combination of mineral oil and beeswax (food grade). We also recommend cutting your food items on a cutting board and then placing them on the cheese board, as cutting directly on the cheese board will score the surface.
